Boiler Parts Grate Bar

The grate strip is the main part of the sintering machine. The function of the caststrip is to form a groove space with the trolley plate to accommodate and carry the ore. The contact part between the strip and the ore is the upper surface, and the two ends of the upper part of the castbar are stressed to play a supporting role. The bottom of the castor bar has two functions, the first is the effect of fixing the castor bar when flipping the unloading, so that it can not fall off; the second is to support the top of the bar, which can effectively prevent the castor bar bending.

 

 

The gate, outlet, meat, scar, sticky sand and seam of the castbar shall be cleaned, polished and smooth. The surface shall be smooth, without cracks, sand, slag, cold separation, shrinkage and insufficient pouring and other defects, allowing diameter less than 2MM, depth less than 2MM, point holes not expanding to the inside.

 

 

1. V, TI and ZR are microalloyed to form a new carbide, which has higher hardness and high temperature stability than conventional carbide.

2. Rare earth and boron are used for metamorphism treatment. After metamorphism treatment, the matrix and carbide are refined, the splitting effect of carbide on the matrix is weakened, the grain boundary is purified, and the impact toughness, high temperature strength and creep strength of the alloy are further improved.

3. Using the disappearing die casting process, the appearance and internal quality of the castbar are better than the traditional sand casting.
